B\u0130TOT ve GETO’nun deste\u011fi ile \u0130zmir’de kurulan G\u00fczel G\u0131da Toplulu\u011fu herkesi g\u0131das\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funu almaya davet ediyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sofras\u0131na gelen g\u0131dada sorumluluk sahibi olmak isteyen, do\u011fal, zehirsiz, do\u011fa dostu ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir onar\u0131c\u0131 tar\u0131m\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcne inanan, atal\u0131k tohumu koruman\u0131n ve ya\u015fatman\u0131n \u00f6nemini kavrayan, sadece t\u00fcketmek de\u011fil t\u00fcretmek de laz\u0131m diyen, ekolojik \u00fcr\u00fcnlere \u00fcreticiden t\u00fcketiciye arac\u0131s\u0131z ula\u015fmak isteyen, m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca yerel \u00fcreticiyi destekleyen, do\u011fayla birlikte bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn par\u00e7as\u0131 olmaya inanan g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fclerin hikayesidir g\u0131da topluluklar\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ege \u00dcniversitesi Tar\u0131m Ekonomisi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc G\u0131da Toplulu\u011fu olu\u015fumundan ilham al\u0131narak 2014 Y\u0131l\u0131nda Mehmet G\u00fcrmen<\/strong> ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc giri\u015fimiyle Urla’da kurulan ilk topluluk destekli tar\u0131m grubu Bat\u0131 \u0130zmir Topluluk Destekli Tar\u0131m (B\u0130TOT)<\/strong> ile yine onun i\u00e7inden do\u011farak Bostanl\u0131’da \u00fcretici ve t\u00fcreticileri bulu\u015fturan Gediz Ekoloji Toplulu\u011fu (GETO)<\/strong> ve Bornova’da kurulan HOMEROS G\u0131da Toplulu\u011fu<\/strong>‘ndan sonra bir g\u0131da toplulu\u011fu da G\u00fczelbah\u00e7e’de kuruluyor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

B\u0130TOT ve GETO kurucular\u0131 ve \u00fcreticilerinin deste\u011fi ile ilk tohumlar\u0131 at\u0131lan G\u00fczel G\u0131da Toplulu\u011fu (GGT)<\/strong> kendi hikayesini olu\u015fturmaya haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor. Umut ve heyecan ile bir araya gelen g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcler; yerel, zehirsiz ve atal\u0131k tohumla \u00fcreten, yumurta yemi ve s\u00fct yemi vermeden hayvanlar\u0131n\u0131 besleyen \u00fcreticileri destekleyen, gelece\u011fin havan\u0131n, suyun, topra\u011f\u0131n temiz kalmas\u0131nda oldu\u011funa inanan, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir hayat i\u00e7in do\u011fru beslenmenin \u00f6nemini bilen, temiz ve adil g\u0131daya ula\u015fman\u0131n bir l\u00fcks de\u011fil bir hak oldu\u011funun bilincinde olan, g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck ve topluluk dayan\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n muhte\u015femli\u011fini deneyimlemek , dayat\u0131lan\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir hayat olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine inanan herkesi GGY’ye kat\u0131larak g\u0131das\u0131n\u0131n sorumlulu\u011funu almaya davet ediyor. Topluluk, ilk bulu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 28 May\u0131s Per\u015fembe g\u00fcn\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Payla\u015fmak, \u00e7o\u011falmak, \u00fcretmek, d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmek, sofram\u0131za, topra\u011f\u0131m\u0131za, suyumuza, tohumlar\u0131m\u0131za, \u00fcreticilerimize sahip \u00e7\u0131kmak \u00fczerine anlatacak \u00e7ok \u015feyimiz var. Dinlemek, anlatmak, el vermek isterseniz 28 May\u0131s 2020’de ilk bulu\u015fmam\u0131za bekliyor olaca\u011f\u0131z.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
