Kabak, \u00e7ilek, domates gibi pek \u00e7ok t\u00fcr\u00fcn tozla\u015fmas\u0131nda yaban ar\u0131lar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 var. Di\u011fer tozlay\u0131c\u0131lar bunu sa\u011flayam\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, yaban ar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131ndaki azal\u0131\u015f, t\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn kendini besleme yetene\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ciddi bir tehlike ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler G\u0131da ve Tar\u0131m \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (FAO)&#8217;ne g\u00f6re ar\u0131lar, g\u0131dam\u0131z\u0131n d\u00f6rtte \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc i\u00e7in sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 meyve ve tohumlar\u0131n \u00fcretiminde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir role sahip. Ar\u0131lar\u0131n yok olmas\u0131 halinde, besleyici meyve ve sebzelerin yerini; pirin\u00e7, m\u0131s\u0131r, patates gibi temel \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin alaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda uyaran uzmanlar, bunun dengesiz bir beslenme d\u00fczenine yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n yazarlar\u0131ndan Tim Newbold yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda h\u0131zlanmas\u0131yla birlikte \u00e7ok daha b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fler olabilece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zehirsiz Sofralar i\u00e7in Ar\u0131lar\u0131 Ya\u015fatal\u0131m<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu\u011fday Ekolojik Ya\u015fam\u0131 Destekleme Derne\u011fi ve Avrupa Pestisit Eylem A\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclmekte olan Zehirsiz Sofralar Projesi kapsam\u0131nda bir araya gelen 100\u2019\u00fc a\u015fk\u0131n sivil toplum kurulu\u015fu ve inisiyatifin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu Zehirsiz Sofralar Sivil Toplum A\u011f\u0131, Kas\u0131m 2019\u2019da ba\u015flayan <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\"Zehirsiz Kampanya (yeni sekmede a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r)\" href=\"http:\/\/change.org\/zehirsizsofralar\" target=\"_blank\">Zehirsiz Kampanya<\/a>\u2019da; pestisitlerin zararlar\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yasaklanmas\u0131n\u0131 ve do\u011fa dostu \u00fcretim yapan \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin desteklenmesini talep ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\"><p>Zehirsiz Sofralar Projesi ve Zehirsiz Sofralar Sivil Toplum A\u011f\u0131 ile ilgili haberleri <a href=\"http:\/\/www.zehirsizsofralar.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (yeni sekmede a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r)\">www.zehirsizsofralar.org<\/a> sayfas\u0131ndan takip edebilirsiniz. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>End\u00fcstriyel tar\u0131mda yeti\u015ftirilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in zararl\u0131 olabilecek b\u00f6cek, ot, mantar ve bunun gibi canl\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131, koruma ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lan pestisitler, \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerde ve t\u00fcketicilerde \u00e7e\u015fitli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Toprakta, havada ve sularda kirlili\u011fe neden olan pestisitlerin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 en \u00f6nemli sorunlardan birisi de biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131. Hem g\u0131dada hem g\u0131dan\u0131n \u00fcretildi\u011fi ortamda zehirli kal\u0131nt\u0131lar b\u0131rakan pestisitler insan ve \u00e7evre sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na zarar veriyor. Temiz su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131, kurakl\u0131k, seller ve atmosferdeki sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 yeterli g\u0131daya eri\u015fimi tehdit ediyor. Tar\u0131msal verimin ve \u00fcr\u00fcn kalitesinin d\u00fc\u015fmesiyle g\u0131da fiyatlar\u0131nda art\u0131\u015flar ya\u015fan\u0131yor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pestisit kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n iklim krizi \u00fczerinde ne kadarl\u0131k bir paya sahip oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek zor olsa da fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131, g\u00fcbre \u00fcretimi ve tar\u0131msal kaynakl\u0131 arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 gibi ilave etkenler de d\u00e2hil edildi\u011finde tar\u0131msal faaliyetlerin sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131ndaki pay\u0131 %30 civar\u0131nda. Bu pay\u0131n \u00f6nemli bir k\u0131sm\u0131 end\u00fcstriyel tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden kaynaklan\u0131yor ve her iki sekt\u00f6rde de y\u00fcksek miktarda pestisit kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00d6rne\u011fin, Amerika Birle\u015fik Devletleri\u2019nde sadece Kaliforniya eyaletinde kullan\u0131lan pestisitlerin %20\u2019sini (18 bin ton) fumigant olarak nitelenen pestisit bile\u015fikleri olu\u015fturuyor. Bu tip bilinmezlikler ba\u015fka kimyasal bile\u015fikler i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli. Bu nedenle iklim krizinde \u00e7e\u015fitli etkenlerin pay\u0131n\u0131n ne oldu\u011funu belirlemeye y\u00f6nelik hesaplamalarda dikkate al\u0131nmayan etkenlerin olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Bu belirsizlikler iklim krizinin yol a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 zararlar\u0131n daha erken ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fini ya da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclenden daha \u015fiddetli olabilece\u011fini dikkate almay\u0131 gerektiriyor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pestisitlere mahkum de\u011filiz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zehirsiz \u00fcretimin pek \u00e7ok tekni\u011fi ve y\u00f6ntemi var. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde d\u00fcnyada ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de pek \u00e7ok \u00e7ift\u00e7i topra\u011f\u0131 organik maddece zenginle\u015ftirip, biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi koruyarak ve birbirini destekleyen \u00e7e\u015fitli \u00fcr\u00fcnleri bir arada ekerek, mevsimsel \u00fcr\u00fcnler yeti\u015ftirerek; \u015fartlar\u0131 zorlamadan, zararl\u0131lara ortam yaratmadan, yerel ve dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitler kullanarak, bitkiyi strese sokmadan, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel, fiziksel, biyolojik ve biyoteknik uygulamalarla, do\u011fan\u0131n d\u00f6ng\u00fclerini ve ay\u0131n hareketlerini g\u00f6zlemleyerek deneyimle elde ettikleri bilgileri kullanarak ekolojik ilkelerle zehirsiz tar\u0131m yap\u0131yorlar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organik, biyodinamik, koruyucu ve onar\u0131c\u0131 tar\u0131m ile agroekoloji gibi do\u011fa dostu tar\u0131m y\u00f6ntemleri topra\u011fa ciddi miktarda karbon g\u00f6m\u00fclmesini de sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in k\u00fcresel iklim krizinin \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc yolunda olumlu katk\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Bu y\u00f6ntemler kamu politikalar\u0131yla yayg\u0131n bir kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 bulmadan pestisit kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n zorunlu oldu\u011funu iddia etmek do\u011fru olmaz.
