Proje dan\u0131\u015fmanlar\u0131ndan Dr. B\u00fclent \u015e\u0131k\u2019\u0131n, A\u011f ad\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma, 41 etken maddenin hem insan hem de di\u011fer canl\u0131lar i\u00e7in \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl tehlikeler bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>41 Pestisit \u0130\u00e7in Yap\u0131lan Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada \u00d6ne \u00c7\u0131kan Sonu\u00e7lar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>8 Etken madde \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl:&nbsp;<\/strong>Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n listesindeki 41 etken maddeden 8\u2019i solundu\u011funda \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl etki g\u00f6steriyor.<\/li><li><strong>12 Madde kanser tehlikesi ta\u015f\u0131yor:&nbsp;<\/strong>41 pestisit etken maddesinin 7\u2019si muhtemel, 5\u2019i olas\u0131 karsinojenik. Karsinojenik maddeler solundu\u011funda, a\u011f\u0131z yoluyla al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda veya deriye n\u00fcfuz etti\u011finde kanser olu\u015fumuna neden olabiliyor.<\/li><li><strong>19 Madde \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in \u00e7ok tehlikeli<\/strong>: 5\u2019i \u015f\u00fcpheli olmak \u00fczere, 19 etken madde hormonal sistem bozucu \u00f6zellik ta\u015f\u0131yor. \u0130nsan ve hayvan bedeninin bir\u00e7ok i\u015flevini hormon sistemi d\u00fczenledi\u011fi i\u00e7in, hormonal sistem bozucu pestisitler v\u00fccudu pek \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131dan etkiliyor. Bu etkilerden baz\u0131lar\u0131: Hormonla ili\u015fkili kanser t\u00fcrleri (prostat, testis, meme), metabolizma bozukluklar\u0131 (obezite, diyabet), \u00fcreme fonksiyonu bozukluklar\u0131 (do\u011furganl\u0131\u011f\u0131n azalmas\u0131, \u00e7ocuklarda cinsiyet geli\u015fim bozuklu\u011fu, \u00f6rne\u011fin erken ergenlik), kalp ve damar hastal\u0131klar\u0131, zihin ve davran\u0131\u015f bozukluklar\u0131. Hormonal sistem bozucu pestisitler, \u00f6zellikle \u00e7ocuklar ve anne karn\u0131ndaki bebekler i\u00e7in daha tehlikeli.<\/li><li><strong>13 Madde beyne zarar veriyor<\/strong>: 4\u2019\u00fc \u015f\u00fcpheli olmak \u00fczere, 13 etken madde n\u00f6rolojik geli\u015fime zarar veren \u00f6zellikte. Hiperaktivite, davran\u0131\u015f bozukluklar\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck IQ, yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 zararlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131.<\/li><li><strong>26 Madde \u00fcreme sistemini bozuyor<\/strong>: 9\u2019u \u015f\u00fcpheli olmak \u00fczere, 26 etken madde \u00fcreme sistemi i\u00e7in zararl\u0131 niteli\u011fe sahip. Bunlar, \u00fcreme sistemine toksik etkiler g\u00f6steren, \u00fcreme fonksiyon ve kapasitesini azaltan, do\u011furganl\u0131\u011fa veya do\u011fmam\u0131\u015f \u00e7ocu\u011fa zarar verebilen maddelerdir.<\/li><li><strong>\u00c7ift\u00e7iler tehlikede:&nbsp;<\/strong>13 etken madde \u00e7ift\u00e7iler ve tar\u0131m i\u015f\u00e7ileri i\u00e7in \u00e7ok zararl\u0131.<\/li><li><strong>Ekosisteme zarar veriyor:<\/strong>&nbsp;10 etken madde ar\u0131lar, 10 etken madde faydal\u0131 b\u00f6cekler, 3 etken madde ku\u015flar, 10 etken madde suda ya\u015fayan canl\u0131lar, 1 etken madde su yosunlar\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7ok zehirli.<\/li><li><strong>Biyolojik birikim ve kal\u0131c\u0131 kirlilik:&nbsp;<\/strong>3 Etken madde biyolojik birikim yap\u0131yor ve 5 etken madde ise uzun s\u00fcre \u00e7evrede kalarak zehirli etkisini koruyabiliyor.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Kriterleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmada D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (WHO), Uluslararas\u0131 Kanser Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131 Kurumu (IARC), ABD \u00c7evre Koruma Ajans\u0131 (EPA), Pestisit Eylem A\u011f\u0131 (PAN), Greenpeace ve Uluslararas\u0131 Temel ve Uygulamal\u0131 Kimya Birli\u011fi (IUPAC) kurumlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmeler esas al\u0131nd\u0131. Bu kurumlar\u0131n periyodik olarak \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 yay\u0131nlarda veya resmi internet sitelerinde pestisitlerin yol a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 zararlar \u00fczerine \u00e7e\u015fitli bilgiler mevcut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki tablolarda bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n listesinde yer alan 41 pestisit etken maddesi ile ilgili olarak, Zehirsiz Sofralar Projesi kapsam\u0131nda kurulan Zehirsiz Sofralar Sivil Toplum A\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu de\u011ferlendirme yer al\u0131yor. Yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmede sadece insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil do\u011fadaki di\u011fer canl\u0131lar ve pestisitlerin do\u011fada toprak, su gibi ortamlarda uzun s\u00fcre zehirli etkilerini koruma durumlar\u0131 ve biyolojik birikim yapma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip olup olmad\u0131klar\u0131 da dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131. Okuma kolayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in pestisitler tek bir tabloda de\u011fil d\u00f6rt ayr\u0131 tabloda alfabetik s\u0131ra ile sunuldu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Zehirsiz Sofralar Sivil Toplum A\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00d6nerisi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n listesinde yer alan pestisit etken maddelerinin yasaklanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik tart\u0131\u015fmalar uzun zamandan beri s\u00fcr\u00fcyor. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki tablolarda da g\u00f6r\u00fclebilece\u011fi gibi bu etken maddelerin insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve do\u011fal ya\u015fama \u00e7e\u015fitli zararlar\u0131 bulunuyor. Ayr\u0131ca Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n listesinde yer alan 41 adet pestisitten dokuzu (Glyphosate, Beta-Cyfluthrin, Cyfluthrin, Formetanate, Malathion, Tefluthrin, Zeta-Cypermethrin, Fenamiphos ve Zinc Phosphide) haricinde di\u011fer 32 adet pestisitin Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nde kullan\u0131m\u0131na onay verilmiyor. Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nde onay verilmeyen bu pestisitlerin \u00fclkemiz tar\u0131m\u0131nda neden kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na bir a\u00e7\u0131klama getirmesi gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zehirsiz Sofralar Sivil Toplum A\u011f\u0131 kamuoyunu s\u00f6z konusu dokuz adet pestisitin de yasaklanmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren kampanyay\u0131 imzalamaya, payla\u015fmaya, desteklemeye \u00e7a\u011f\u0131r\u0131yor. Y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kampanya ile ilgili bilgilere \u015fu linkten ula\u015f\u0131labilir:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.change.org\/p\/t-c-tar%C4%B1m-ve-orman-bakanl%C4%B1%C4%9F%C4%B1-t%C3%BCm-canl%C4%B1lar-i%C3%A7in-zehirsiz-sofralar-tar%C4%B1m-zehirleri-yasaklans%C4%B1n-tctarim?recruiter=1020594027&amp;utm_source=share_petition&amp;utm_medium=copylink&amp;utm_campaign=share_petition\">Change.org\/ZehirsizSofralar<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zehirsiz Sofralar Sivil Toplum A\u011f\u0131, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve do\u011fal hayata daha fazla zarar vermemek i\u00e7in Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00fcniversitelerden g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f istedi\u011fi 41 adet pestisit etken maddesinin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yasaklanarak topraklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n, suyumuzun ve t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar\u0131n g\u0131das\u0131n\u0131n zehirlerden temizlenmesini talep ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakan\u0131 Bekir Pakdemirli ile G\u0131da ve Kontrol Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr Vekili Harun Se\u00e7kin\u2019den randevu isteyen Zehirsiz Sofralar Sivil Toplum A\u011f\u0131, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki kampanya taleplerini bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede yetkililere iletecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1-<\/strong> D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan \u201cson derece tehlikeli\u201d, \u201cy\u00fcksek seviyede tehlikeli\u201d ve \u201cmuhtemel kanserojen\u201d olarak belirlenen ve tar\u0131mda kullan\u0131lan 13 etken madde (Difenacoum, ethoprophos, cyfluthrin, beta-cyfluthrin, zeta-cypermethrin, fenamiphos, formetanate X formetanate hydrochloride, methiocarb, methomyl, tefluthrin, zinc phosphide, glyphosate, malathion) \u00f6ncelikle ve acilen yasaklans\u0131n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2- <\/strong>Pestisitlerin tamam\u0131n\u0131n 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar yasaklanmas\u0131, do\u011fa dostu, zehirsiz y\u00f6ntemlerle tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan gerekli ad\u0131mlar at\u0131ls\u0131n; do\u011fa dostu tar\u0131m y\u00f6ntemleri ve bu y\u00f6ntemlerle tar\u0131m yapan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00fcreticiler desteklensin; \u00fcreticileri do\u011fa dostu, zehirsiz y\u00f6ntemler kullanmaya te\u015fvik edecek politikalar uygulans\u0131n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3- <\/strong>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de tar\u0131m ve g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde kullan\u0131lan pestisitlerle ilgili denetimler art\u0131r\u0131ls\u0131n, elde edilen denetim sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla ilgili \u015feffafl\u0131k sa\u011flans\u0131n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tehlike S\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmalar\u0131<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (WHO) zehirli kimyasal maddeleri yol a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131k zararlar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate alarak bir s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rmaya tabi tutmu\u015ftur. Kimyasal maddelerin sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00fczerinde olumsuz etkiler g\u00f6sterdikleri dozlar birbirinden farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Baz\u0131 kimyasal maddeler \u00e7ok az miktarlarda al\u0131nd\u0131klar\u0131nda bile \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl olabilmektedirler. WHO, \u00e7ok az miktarlarda solundu\u011funda, a\u011f\u0131z yoluyla al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda veya deri yoluyla emildi\u011finde \u00f6l\u00fcme veya insanda akut veya kronik hasarlara neden olan kimyasal maddeleri \u201cSon Derece Tehlikeli (Extremely Hazardous)\u201d olarak nitelemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Son derece tehlikeli kimyasallar D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019nce \u201cS\u0131n\u0131f 1a\u201c ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda (WHO1a) toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Son derece tehlikeli kimyasal maddelerden sonra sa\u011fl\u0131k a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nem arz eden di\u011fer grup \u201c\u00e7ok tehlikeli ya da y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde tehlikeli (Highly hazardous)\u201c olarak nitelenmektedir. \u00c7ok tehlikeli olarak nitelenen bu tip kimyasallar \u201c1b s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131\u201d alt\u0131nda (WHO1b) toplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da Tablo 1\u2019de metin i\u00e7inde ve tablolarda ge\u00e7en baz\u0131 k\u0131saltmalar, terimler ve tan\u0131mlamalara a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1.
