Ancak organik g\u0131da ile v\u00fccudumuzu pestisit zehrinden ar\u0131nd\u0131rmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ABD&#8217;de yap\u0131lan bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re, g\u00fcnl\u00fck besinlerimizin tamam\u0131n\u0131 organik \u00fcr\u00fcnlerden se\u00e7ersek sadece 1 haftada v\u00fccudumuzun %60&#8217;\u0131n\u0131 pestisit zehrinden ar\u0131nd\u0131rabiliyoruz. 4 Amerikal\u0131 ailenin kan ve idrar \u00f6rneklerinde yap\u0131lan analizlerde, 14 farkl\u0131 tip pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131na rastlanm\u0131\u015f. Ailelerin 6 g\u00fcn boyunca sadece organik \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle beslenmesi \u00fczerine al\u0131nan \u00f6rneklerde, \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bir sonu\u00e7la kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f: kimyasal seviyesinin %95 oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bile\u015fikler s\u00f6z konusu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organik beslenen ailelerin v\u00fccudundaki malathion zehrinin %95 gibi ciddi bir oranda azald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken; klorpirifos %61, neonikotinoid %83, piretroid %50 oran\u0131nda azalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de m\u0131s\u0131r, domates, \u00fcz\u00fcm ve fasulye gibi \u00e7ok say\u0131da sebze ve meyvede yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan malathion, tar\u0131m zararl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n sinir sistemini tahribata u\u011fratan bir kimyasal olarak biliniyor. Endokrin bozucu olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan neonikotinoid kimyasal\u0131 ise ar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin ba\u015f sorumlusu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kimyasal sava\u015f ajan\u0131 olarak bilinen sarin gaz\u0131 bir organofosfatt\u0131r. Organofosfatlar\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan etken maddelerinden biri olan klorpirifos ise, sebze ve meyvelerdeki istenmeyen b\u00f6cekleri i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir tar\u0131m zehiridir. Klorpirifos, 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda AB \u00fclkelerinde ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de yasakland\u0131. Ancak Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n web sitesindeki Bitki Koruma \u00dcr\u00fcn Ruhsatlar\u0131 veri taban\u0131na girildi\u011finde, klorpirifos-etil etken maddesini i\u00e7eren \u00e7ok say\u0131da bitki koruma \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn ruhsatl\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u015feker pancar\u0131, bu\u011fday, m\u0131s\u0131r, arpa, ayva, nohut, mercimek gibi pek \u00e7ok kategori i\u00e7in tavsiye edildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de klorpirifos kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n devam etti\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen B\u00fclent \u015e\u0131k\u2019a g\u00f6re bunun en b\u00fcy\u00fck kan\u0131t\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019den ihra\u00e7 edilen meyve ve sebze \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde tespit edilen klorpirifos kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019den AB \u00fclkelerine 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak ve May\u0131s aylar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ihra\u00e7 edilen ama tar\u0131m zehiri kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in geri \u00e7evrilen her be\u015f \u00fcr\u00fcnden birinin reddedilme gerek\u00e7esi klorpirifos kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7ermesi. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 Haziran ay\u0131nda pestisit kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7erdi\u011fi i\u00e7in geri \u00e7evrilen 11 parti \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00f6rd\u00fcn\u00fcn, yani her \u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcr\u00fcnden birinin geri \u00e7evrilme gerek\u00e7esi ise yine klorpirifos. \u0130hra\u00e7 edilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde bir sorun \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 durumunda bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler ya geldikleri \u00fclkeye geri g\u00f6nderiliyor ya da oldu\u011fu yerde imha ediliyor. Bu veriler dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda i\u00e7 piyasada t\u00fcketilen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde de klorpirifos kal\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 bulunmas\u0131 kuvvetle muhtemel. Sadece ne oranda oldu\u011funu bilmiyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcney Danimarka \u00dcniversitesi ve Harvard Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Okulu\u2019nda \u00e7evre t\u0131bb\u0131 profes\u00f6r\u00fc olan Philippe Grandiean, klorpirifoslara ba\u011fl\u0131 beyin hasar\u0131n\u0131n, tespit edilebilen en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck dozda oldu\u011funu fakat tan\u0131m gere\u011fi, t\u00fcketim i\u00e7in tolere edilebilir bir doz belirtilemeyece\u011fini ve bu dozun s\u0131f\u0131r olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6ylesine y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 zehirlerin v\u00fccudumuzda birikmesi sonucunda, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n olumsuz y\u00f6nde etkilenmemesi ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz. \u00d6zellikle bebeklerin ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n pestisit gruplar\u0131na maruz kalmas\u0131 durumunda, hormonal sistem bozukluklar\u0131na ve n\u00f6ro-davran\u0131\u015fsal geli\u015fimlerinde \u00e7e\u015fitli sorunlara yol a\u00e7abilece\u011fi \u00e7ok say\u0131da bilimsel yay\u0131nda belirtiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcsk\u00fcdar \u00dcniversitesi \u0130leti\u015fim Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim G\u00f6revlisi G\u00fcrkan Akg\u00fcne\u015f, Milliyet Gazetesi&#8217;ndeki yaz\u0131s\u0131nda: &#8220;Hepimiz g\u00fcnl\u00fck diyetimizde \u00e7e\u015fitli sebze ve meyveleri sofram\u0131za koyuyoruz. Bu sebze ve meyvelerle i\u015flenmi\u015f g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini t\u00fcketiyoruz. Asl\u0131nda her \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde ciddi bir pestisit kokteyline maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ortada. Ama hangi oranda oldu\u011fu ancak g\u0131da denetimleriyle anla\u015f\u0131labiliyor. Organik \u00fcr\u00fcnler bu a\u00e7\u0131dan ciddi alternatif.&#8221; ifadelerini kullan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organik Tar\u0131m D\u00fcnyay\u0131 Doyurur Mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organik tar\u0131m\u0131n, n\u00fcfusu h\u0131zla artan d\u00fcnyay\u0131 besleyemeyece\u011fini iddia eden end\u00fcstriyel tar\u0131m savunucular\u0131; tar\u0131mda verimlili\u011fi art\u0131rmak ad\u0131na, biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131na yol a\u00e7an pestisitleri kullanarak g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fimizi tehdit ediyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2016 tarihli G\u0131dada S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik Endeksi\u2019ne g\u00f6re d\u00fcnyada g\u0131daya eri\u015fimi yetersiz 1,8 milyar insan ya\u015f\u0131yor. Yani iddia edildi\u011fi gibi, end\u00fcstriyel tar\u0131m y\u00f6ntemleriyle d\u00fcnyay\u0131 doyurma hedefi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc a\u00e7l\u0131k sorununun nedeni, g\u0131dan\u0131n yetersiz olmas\u0131 de\u011fil, \u00fcretimin adil payla\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131, insanlar\u0131n al\u0131m g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin e\u015fit olmamas\u0131, israf ve k\u00e2r odakl\u0131 tar\u0131m politikalar\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BM G\u0131da Hakk\u0131 \u00d6zel Raport\u00f6r\u00fc Prof. Hilal Elver, bir milyar insan\u0131n a\u00e7 oldu\u011fu tespiti \u00fczerinden k\u0131rsaldaki k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck aile i\u015fletmeleri ve \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi i\u00e7in h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri tar\u0131m alan\u0131nda demokratik reformlara davet ediyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, \u00e7orakla\u015fan toprak, kirlenen su kaynaklar\u0131, zarar g\u00f6ren canl\u0131lar ve ekosistem dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, uzun vadede konvansiyonel\/end\u00fcstriyel tar\u0131m, organik tar\u0131mdan daha verimli de\u011fil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rma kurulu\u015fu FiBL (Research Institute of Organic Agriculture), herkesin merak etti\u011fi konuyu inceleyerek, t\u00fcm tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131nda organik \u00fcretime ge\u00e7ilirse, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda sonucun ne olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koydu. Pek \u00e7ok ara\u015ft\u0131rma kurulu\u015funun i\u015fbirli\u011fiyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen incelemeye g\u00f6re, tamamlay\u0131c\u0131 baz\u0131 fakt\u00f6rlerle birlikte, organik tar\u0131m d\u00fcnyay\u0131 doyurabilir. Hatta d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun beslenebilmesi i\u00e7in, mevcut tar\u0131m arazilerinin %60\u2019\u0131nda organik \u00fcretime ge\u00e7ilmesi yeterli. FiBL\u2019e g\u00f6re bunun ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi i\u00e7in hayvansal \u00fcr\u00fcn t\u00fcketiminin ve yeti\u015ftirilen hayvan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile yem \u00fcretimi ve israf\u0131n da azalmas\u0131 gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunun yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 milyar olmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Konvansiyonel tar\u0131m, d\u00fcnya n\u00fcfusunu doyurmaya aday olsa da, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine etkisi, toprak, su gibi do\u011fal varl\u0131klar\u0131 t\u00fcketiyor olu\u015fu nedeniyle, ya\u015fam\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi i\u00e7in bir an \u00f6nce vazge\u00e7ilmesi gereken bir \u00fcretim bi\u00e7imi. Organik tar\u0131m ise s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir gelecek vadediyor. Rodale Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc, organik tar\u0131m\u0131n, konvansiyonel tar\u0131ma g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k %50 daha az sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Akademisyen\/End\u00fcstri M\u00fchendisi Yonca Demir&#8217;in, meslekta\u015f\u0131 Bulut Aslan birlikte yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131; mevcut tar\u0131m alanlar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131na gerek olmaks\u0131z\u0131n, organik tar\u0131m\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019yi doyurabilece\u011fini ortaya koyuyor.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in organik tar\u0131m planlamas\u0131 yap\u0131lan modeldeki temel de\u011fi\u015fkenler; her ilde ya\u015fayan insan ve hayvan n\u00fcfusunun g\u0131da ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak \u015fekilde, hangi \u00fcr\u00fcnden ne kadar \u00fcretilmesi ve hangi hayvan t\u00fcr\u00fcnden ka\u00e7 tane yeti\u015ftirilmesi gerekti\u011fini temsil ediyor. Bir il, kendi ihtiyac\u0131ndan fazla \u00fcretim yapabiliyor, fazla \u00fcretim kendine yetmeyen ba\u015fka bir ilin ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere g\u00f6nderiliyor; bunun hesab\u0131 nakliye miktar\u0131n\u0131 temsil eden de\u011fi\u015fkenler taraf\u0131ndan tutuluyor. Modeldeki k\u0131s\u0131tlar her ilin ekilebilir alan\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak \u00fcretim yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. E\u011fer \u00fcretim ve nakliye yeterli de\u011filse uygun de\u011fi\u015fkenler yoluyla eksik g\u0131da miktar\u0131 kaydediliyor. Modelin amac\u0131, g\u0131dan\u0131n kat etti\u011fi toplam yolu ve herhangi bir ilde eksik kalan g\u0131da miktar\u0131n\u0131 en aza indirmek.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vegan bir beslenme i\u00e7in kurulan senaryoda, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ekilebilir alanlar\u0131n\u0131n sadece %54\u2019\u00fc yeterli olurken; hayvansal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin dahil edilmesi durumunda %63 gibi bir oran yeterli oluyor. Yani T\u00fcrkiye, kendi ekilebilir alanlar\u0131n\u0131n hepsini harcamak zorunda de\u011fil ve bol bol yetiyor. Ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na gereken ekilebilir alan hesapland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, sadece bitkisel beslenirsek 1,66 d\u00f6n\u00fcm ortalama ekilebilir alan gerekiyor; hayvansal \u00fcr\u00fcnler kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na 1,97 d\u00f6n\u00fcm alan gerekiyor.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcresel iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi m\u00fccadelesinde, pestisit ve sentetik g\u00fcbrenin kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 organik tar\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nemini vurgulayan Demir&#8217;e g\u00f6re: \u201cBirle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler G\u0131da ve Tar\u0131m \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcne g\u00f6re (FAO), d\u00fcnyada ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131 2,18 d\u00f6n\u00fcm ekilebilir alan bulunuyor. Ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sonu\u00e7lardan anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 gibi, sadece T\u00fcrkiye n\u00fcfusunu de\u011fil d\u00fcnyay\u0131 da tamamen ekolojik y\u00f6ntemlerle yeti\u015ftirilmi\u015f tar\u0131m \u00fcr\u00fcnleriyle besleyebilmek i\u00e7in yeterince ekilebilir alan vard\u0131r. Tamamen do\u011fa dostu tar\u0131ma ge\u00e7mi\u015f bir T\u00fcrkiye, hem kendi halk\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde besleyerek g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flam\u0131\u015f bir \u00fclke olabilecek, hem de fosil yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimini azaltm\u0131\u015f ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe katk\u0131da bulunmu\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Zehirsiz Sofralar i\u00e7in harekete ge\u00e7iyoruz<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pestisitlerin zararlar\u0131 konusunda fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yaratmak ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki pestisit kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in, Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan Sivil Toplum Diyalo\u011fu V.
