Oysa g\u0131da mevzuat\u0131ndaki teknik tan\u0131m ile g\u00fcnl\u00fck dildeki \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d alg\u0131s\u0131 aras\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir fark var. Bu fark, t\u00fcketicilerin etiketi yorumlarken yanl\u0131\u015f \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131mlar yapmas\u0131na neden olabiliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrk G\u0131da Kodeksi G\u0131da Etiketleme ve T\u00fcketicileri Bilgilendirme Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi Hakk\u0131nda K\u0131lavuz\u201dun \u201cBelirli Terim ve \u0130fadelerin G\u0131da Etiketlerinde Kullan\u0131m\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin \u00d6zel Uygulama Esaslar\u0131\u201d b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne g\u00f6re \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d terimi; tek bile\u015fenden olu\u015fan (katk\u0131, aroma vb. dahil hi\u00e7bir ilave bile\u015fen i\u00e7ermeyen) fiziksel, enzimatik veya mikrobiyolojik i\u015flemler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herhangi bir i\u015fleme tabi tutulmam\u0131\u015f, bitki, algler, mantar, hayvan, mikroorganizma veya mineral kaynakl\u0131 olan ve do\u011fal yap\u0131s\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe sebep olacak herhangi bir i\u015flem uygulanmam\u0131\u015f g\u0131dalar\u0131 tan\u0131mlamak i\u00e7in kullan\u0131labilir.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu\u011fday Derne\u011fi olarak \u201cDo\u011fal\u201d teriminin g\u0131da etiketlerinde pazarlama malzemesi olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin <strong>2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz kampanyada 53 bin imza toplam\u0131\u015f ve taleplerimizi bu imzalar e\u015fli\u011finde Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na iletmi\u015ftik.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrk G\u0131da Kodeksi G\u0131da Etiketleme ve T\u00fcketicileri Bilgilendirme Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi K\u0131lavuzu\u2019nun 21\/06\/2025 tarihinde revize edilmi\u015f versiyonunda etiketlerin t\u00fcketicileri yan\u0131ltmayacak \u015fekilde haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131na dair birtak\u0131m d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131ld\u0131. <strong>Fakat ne yaz\u0131k ki \u201cDo\u011fal\u201d teriminin kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin verilen g\u0131dalarda bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik olmad\u0131.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u0131lavuz, past\u00f6rize s\u00fct, UHT s\u00fct, siyah \u00e7ay, bitki \u00e7aylar\u0131, yumurta, bal, kahve, taze ve kurutulmu\u015f, dondurulmu\u015f meyve-sebze, yo\u011furt, nat\u00fcrel s\u0131zma zeytinya\u011f\u0131 vb. gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d ifadesinin kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin veriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>G\u0131dalar do\u011fall\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ne zaman yitirir?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu maddeye g\u00f6re \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d etiketi ile sat\u0131lmas\u0131na izin verilen UHT s\u00fct, i\u015flenme s\u00fcrecinde i\u00e7indeki mikroorganizmalar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcp dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in uygulanan y\u00fcksek \u0131s\u0131 (135-150\u00ba) nedeniyle neredeyse t\u00fcm enzimlerini kaybediyor ve protein yap\u0131s\u0131 bozuluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GDO i\u00e7erikli ve\/veya muhtemel kanserojen oldu\u011fu D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019nce rapor edilmi\u015f glifosat i\u00e7erikli ot ilac\u0131 kullan\u0131larak \u00fcretilmi\u015f yem ile beslenen hayvanlardan elde edilen s\u00fct\u00fcn ve yo\u011furdun etiketinde \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d ibaresinin kullan\u0131m\u0131na K\u0131lavuz\u2019da izin veriliyor. Bu durum hem ilgili maddeyle \u00e7eli\u015fkili hem de yukar\u0131da s\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7en sak\u0131ncal\u0131 tar\u0131msal girdilerin kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 organik \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in haks\u0131z rekabet ortam\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benzer durum, taze sebze ve meyveler i\u00e7in de ge\u00e7erli. Her y\u0131l bir\u00e7ok zirai ila\u00e7 etken maddesi, insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan tehlikeli bulundu\u011fu i\u00e7in yasaklan\u0131yor veya ilgili kodekste kal\u0131nt\u0131 limitleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Oysa ilgili K\u0131lavuz t\u00fcm sebze ve meyveyi \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d kabul ediyor. Bu durumda <strong>bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlere \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d demek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00f6netmelikte etiketlerin \u00fczerinde kullan\u0131lan g\u00f6rsellerle ilgili yap\u0131lan baz\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeler ise umut verici:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>G\u0131dan\u0131n etiketlenmesi, g\u0131dan\u0131n nitelikleri a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re<\/em> <em>g\u0131dan\u0131n etiketinde yer alan marka, g\u0131dan\u0131n ad\u0131, ifade, terim ve g\u00f6rseller, g\u0131dan\u0131n \u00f6zellikle<\/em> <em>do\u011fas\u0131, kimli\u011fi, \u00f6zellikleri, bile\u015fimi, miktar\u0131, dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131, men\u015fe \u00fclkesi ve \u00fcretim metodu<\/em> <em>a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u00fcr\u00fcn grubunu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2022 Margarin etiketlerinde tereya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131racak \u015fekilde s\u00fct, yay\u0131k, kova, g\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm vb.<\/em> <em>g\u00f6rseller kullan\u0131lamaz.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u2022 Zeytinya\u011f\u0131 hari\u00e7 bitkisel ya\u011flarda, zeytinya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131racak zeytin veya zeytin a\u011fac\u0131 g\u00f6rseline ve zeytinya\u011f\u0131 tad\u0131nda\/lezzetinde vb. ifadelere yer verilemez.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z\u00fcn \u00f6z\u00fc, bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00fczerinde \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d yazmas\u0131, o \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yasal y\u00f6netmeliklerce tan\u0131mlanan kriterlere uygun oldu\u011funu ifade eder fakat \u00fcretim, i\u015flenme, paketlenme s\u00fcrecinde uygulanan i\u015flemlerle do\u011fal niteliklerini ve besleyicilik \u00f6zelli\u011fini, yani t\u00fcketici olarak bizi cezbeden \u201cdo\u011fal\u201d ifadesinin anlam\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ermeyebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6n y\u00fcz reklamd\u0131r, arka y\u00fcz bilgi.<\/strong> Ambalaj\u0131n \u00f6n y\u00fcz\u00fcnde kullan\u0131lan kelimeler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman pazarlama dilinin bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r.
