Kurakl\u0131k, sel, don ve dolu gibi olaylar \u00fcretim verimlili\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor; baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde \u00fcretimi tamamen imk\u00e2ns\u0131z hale getiriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131<\/strong>, \u00f6zellikle sulamaya dayal\u0131 \u00fcretim yapan \u00e7ift\u00e7ileri zorlarken, <strong>girdi maliyetlerinin y\u00fckselmesi<\/strong>, \u00e7ift\u00e7inin gelir-gider dengesini bozuyor. G\u0131da \u00fcretiminde ya\u015fanan zorluklar t\u00fcketicinin sofras\u0131na yans\u0131yor, g\u0131daya eri\u015fim zorla\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130<strong>klim krizine uyum sa\u011flayacak yeni bir tar\u0131msal \u00fcretim yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n benimsenmesii art\u0131k bir zorunluluk. <\/strong>Do\u011fal varl\u0131klar\u0131n korunmas\u0131, topra\u011f\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zeten y\u00f6ntemlerin benimsenmesi, suyun etkin kullan\u0131m\u0131 ve yerel bilgilerin \u00fcretim pratikleriyle bulu\u015fturulmas\u0131, bu s\u00fcrecin merkezinde yer almal\u0131. Anormal hava olaylar\u0131 ve kurakl\u0131klar tar\u0131m\u0131n sadece \u00fcretim de\u011fil, <strong>ekosistemle uyumlu bir ya\u015fam bi\u00e7imi<\/strong> oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130klime dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00fcretim desenleri, \u00e7ift\u00e7iden \u00e7ift\u00e7iye bilgi payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl planlamalar ve yerel d\u00fczeyde i\u015f birlikleriyle <strong>iklim krizinin olumsuz etkilerini azaltmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<\/strong>. Bu d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn ilk ad\u0131m\u0131, sahada \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin bilgi ve deneyimle desteklenmesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00d6rnek \u00e7iftlikler d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn yolunu a\u00e7\u0131yor<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu\u011fday Ekolojik Ya\u015fam\u0131 Destekleme Derne\u011fi\u2019nin \u0130zmir-K\u00f6y Koop ve \u0130talya\u2019da Deafal ile birlikte y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u0130klim Dostu \u00c7iftlikler projesi kapsam\u0131nda \u0130zmir\u2019de belirlenen pilot \u00e7iftliklerde ba\u015flayan uygulamalar, iklim krizine kar\u015f\u0131 yerelde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00fcretmenin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Yerel kooperatiflerin s\u00fcrece aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131, \u00fcretici deneyimlerinin payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve e\u011fitim ve dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k deste\u011fi ile g\u00fc\u00e7lenen bu uygulamalar, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin iklim krizine kar\u015f\u0131 daha diren\u00e7li hale gelmesinin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131yor. Proje sayesinde \u00e7ift\u00e7iler, tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimin sadece ekonomik de\u011fil, ekolojik ve sosyal bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini deneyimleyerek \u00f6\u011freniyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uygulanan y\u00f6ntemler, sadece k\u0131sa vadeli iyile\u015ftirmeler sa\u011flamakla kalmay\u0131p, uzun vadeli s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fe de hizmet ediyor. Proje ayr\u0131ca k\u0131rsal alanda bilgiye eri\u015fimi art\u0131rarak, \u00fcreticilerin \u00e7evresel fark\u0131ndal\u0131k ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine uyum kapasitelerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeyi ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda se\u00e7ilen \u00f6rnek \u00e7iftliklerde s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bitki besleme, su y\u00f6netimi, toprak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00fcr\u00fcn deseni de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi gibi pek \u00e7ok alanda somut ad\u0131mlar at\u0131ld\u0131. Karateke, Demircili, B\u0131\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131 ve \u00c7amavlu k\u00f6ylerinde uygulanan yerel \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm odakl\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, yaln\u0131zca bu \u00e7iftlikleri de\u011fil, b\u00f6lgedeki di\u011fer \u00fcreticileri de d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proje ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131nda her pilot \u00e7iftlikte uzman ziyaretleriyle mevcut durum analizleri yap\u0131ld\u0131; her \u00e7iftli\u011fe dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ziyaretleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tire, Karateke K\u00f6y\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karateke\u2019de y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kapsam\u0131nda Tire Karateke K\u00f6y\u00fc Sulama Kooperatifi binas\u0131nda \u00fcreticilerle birlikte kompost kurulumu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi ve kompostun bak\u0131m\u0131 ve verimli kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda bilgilendirme yap\u0131ld\u0131. Kurulan&nbsp; kompost sisteminin periyodik olarak takibi yap\u0131larak i\u015fler durumda oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlemlendi. En az 100 dekarl\u0131k bir alanda damla sulama ile birlikte kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece topra\u011f\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir beslenmesi ve organik madde i\u00e7eri\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hedefleyen bu uygulama, \u00e7ift\u00e7iler aras\u0131nda toprak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015ftururken, bitki besleme konusundaki uygulamalar\u0131nda da g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr bir de\u011fi\u015fim ba\u015flatt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6demi\u015f, Demircili K\u00f6y\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Su sorununun \u00f6n planda oldu\u011fu ve ayn\u0131 zamanda hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in yem bitkisi \u00fcretiminin de yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu Demircili\u2019de, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 su kullan\u0131m\u0131na neden olan slajl\u0131k m\u0131s\u0131r yerine Sudan sorgumun yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ekim n\u00f6beti olu\u015fturuldu. Proje \u00f6ncesinde tarlay\u0131 senede \u00fc\u00e7 kez s\u00fcren \u00fcretici Mehmet Co\u015fkun i\u00e7in topra\u011f\u0131n olabildi\u011fince az i\u015flendi\u011fi bir iklim dostu tar\u0131ma ge\u00e7i\u015f plan\u0131 haz\u0131rland\u0131.&nbsp; T\u00fcm bu s\u00fcre\u00e7ler sonucunda Demircili\u2019de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck su t\u00fcketimli bitkilere y\u00f6nelme ve ekim n\u00f6beti uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n benimsenmesi konusunda ortak bir yakla\u015f\u0131m geli\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bergama, \u00c7amavlu Meras\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c7amavlu Meras\u0131\u2019nda planl\u0131 otlatmay\u0131 esas alan B\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl Arazi ve Otlatma Plan\u0131 olu\u015fturuldu. Meralar padoklara ayr\u0131ld\u0131, otlatma ve dinlenme s\u00fcreleri d\u00fczenlendi, \u00e7al\u0131la\u015fmay\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek ve bitki verimini art\u0131racak y\u00f6ntemler belirlendi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bergama, G\u00f6\u00e7beyli<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Domates \u00fcretimiyle birlikte k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckba\u015f ve b\u00fcy\u00fckba\u015f hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kla ilgilenen \u00fcretici M. Ali Fenercio\u011flu ile birlikte toprak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iyi y\u00f6nde etkileyecek ye\u015fil g\u00fcbreleme ve ekim n\u00f6beti \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131. Yapay meraya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc arazisi i\u00e7in g\u00fcz ekimi ve kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k ot ekimi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde tavsiyeler sunuldu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Menemen, Emiralem<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcr\u00fcn \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi ve ekim yo\u011funlu\u011fu fazla oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in<strong> <\/strong>ekim n\u00f6beti ve g\u00fcbreleme program\u0131 haz\u0131rland\u0131. \u00c7ilek \u00fcretiminde s\u0131k\u00e7a kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131lan hastal\u0131k sorunlar\u0131 nedeniyle ekim n\u00f6betinin yaln\u0131zca verim de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda zararl\u0131 ve hastal\u0131k bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 azaltacak \u015fekilde planlanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi vurguland\u0131. \u00d6zellikle \u00e7ilek sonras\u0131 gelen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin se\u00e7imi, toprak yorgunlu\u011funu azaltacak ve k\u00f6k b\u00f6lgesinde patojen birikimini engelleyecek \u015fekilde kurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6demi\u015f, B\u0131\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u0131\u00e7ak\u00e7\u0131\u2019da kestane \u00fcreticisi Muzaffer Konuk\u2019un \u00fcretim alan\u0131nda yap\u0131lan teknik de\u011ferlendirme ile bitki at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yerinde de\u011ferlendirilmesi ve topra\u011fa kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, toprak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 konular\u0131 \u00fcreticilerle tart\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131; hastal\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerin kullan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda bilgilendirme yap\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proje sahalar\u0131nda uygulanan t\u00fcm bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, iklim dostu \u00fcretim modelinin hem m\u00fcmk\u00fcn hem de uygulanabilir oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. \u00c7ift\u00e7ilerin yerel ko\u015fullara uygun bilgi ve uygulamalarla desteklenmesi, b\u00f6lgesel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u0130klim dostu tar\u0131ma ge\u00e7i\u015fte yol haritas\u0131<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130klim krizinin etkileri sadece se\u00e7ilen pilot \u00e7iftliklerde de\u011fil, t\u00fcm b\u00f6lgelerdeki tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimde k\u00f6kl\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor. A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 s\u0131cakl\u0131k art\u0131\u015f\u0131, ya\u011f\u0131\u015f rejimindeki belirsizlikler, kurakl\u0131k ve hastal\u0131k bask\u0131s\u0131 geleneksel \u00fcretim modellerini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemez hale getirirken, \u00fcr\u00fcn deseni ve tar\u0131msal uygulamalarda iklim dostu yakla\u015f\u0131mlara ge\u00e7i\u015fi zorunlu k\u0131l\u0131yor. Proje kapsam\u0131nda \u0130zmir\u2019in farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde yap\u0131lan g\u00f6zlemler ve \u00fcreticilerle y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler, b\u00f6lgeye \u00f6zg\u00fc dayan\u0131kl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin se\u00e7ilmesinin, toprak ve suyun korunmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nlemlerin hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koyuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen analizler ve \u00e7ift\u00e7i deneyimleri \u00f6zellikle domates, m\u0131s\u0131r, pamuk gibi y\u00fcksek su t\u00fcketen \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde ciddi verim ve gelir kay\u0131plar\u0131 ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6sterdi. Bu nedenle \u00fcreticilerin daha az su t\u00fcketen, kurakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 ve ekosisteme katk\u0131 sa\u011flayan t\u00fcrlere y\u00f6nelmesi te\u015fvik ediliyor. Nohut, fasulye, mercimek gibi baklagiller ile ada\u00e7ay\u0131, kekik, lavanta gibi t\u0131bbi-aromatik bitkiler; hem biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi destekliyor hem de toprak sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan avantaj sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca, su tasarrufu sa\u011flayan damla sulama gibi verimli sulama sistemleri, erozyon riskini azaltacak bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fc planlamalar\u0131 ve \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin yerel iklim verilerine dayal\u0131 olarak \u00fcretim yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayacak dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve bilgi sistemleri de d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn \u00f6nemli par\u00e7alar\u0131 aras\u0131nda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130zmir\u2019de uygulanan bu iyi \u00f6rnekler, yaln\u0131zca yerel \u00e7ift\u00e7iler i\u00e7in de\u011fil, T\u00fcrkiye genelinde iklime dayan\u0131kl\u0131 bir tar\u0131m\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. B\u00f6lgedeki k\u0131sa g\u0131da tedarik zincirlerini g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye y\u00f6nelik faaliyetler de projenin temel unsurlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131.
