Bu bulgular, glifosat maruziyetinin insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki uzun vadeli etkileri konusunda kayg\u0131lar\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glifosat, d\u00fcnyada en yayg\u0131n kullan\u0131lan tar\u0131m zehirlerinden biri ve \u00f6zellikle yabani otlar\u0131 yok etmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Tar\u0131mda, peyzaj d\u00fczenlemelerinde, bah\u00e7elerde ve parklarda istenmeyen bitkileri kontrol alt\u0131nda tutmak amac\u0131yla glifosata ba\u015fvuruluyor. D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc&#8217;ne ba\u011fl\u0131 Uluslararas\u0131 Kanser Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Ajans\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n (IARC) \u201cmuhtemelen kanserojen\u201d olarak s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 glifosat\u0131n yasaklanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Pesticide Action Network (PAN) uzun s\u00fcredir aktif bir m\u00fccadele y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, glifosat\u0131n, baz\u0131 b\u00f6cekler, bitkiler ve mikroorganizmalar gibi do\u011fadaki \u00e7e\u015fitli canl\u0131lar\u0131 etkiledi\u011fi ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde zararl\u0131 etkilerinin bulundu\u011funu ortaya koyuyor. Glifosat\u0131n erkek \u00fcreme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki olumsuz etkilerini incelemek i\u00e7in s\u0131\u00e7anlar \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan bir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0160412021006632?via%3Dihub\">ara\u015ft\u0131rmada<\/a>, glifosata maruz kalan s\u0131\u00e7anlarda <strong>sperm kalitesinin d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong> ve <strong>testislerdeki kan-testis bariyerinin zarar g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/strong> bulundu. Bu bariyer, testislerin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde sperm \u00fcretmesi i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Glifosat\u0131n, oksidatif stres tetikleyerek bu bariyeri bozdu\u011fu ve spermatogenez ad\u0131 verilen<strong> sperm \u00fcretim s\u00fcrecine zarar verdi\u011fi<\/strong> tespit edilmi\u015f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glifosat\u0131n insan sperm hareketlili\u011fi ve DNA b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00fczerindeki etkilerini inceleyen ba\u015fka bir <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/1660-4601\/15\/6\/1117\">\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada<\/a> ise, glifosata maruz kalan sperm \u00f6rneklerinde<strong> sperm hareketlili\u011finde anlaml\u0131 bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f<\/strong> g\u00f6zlemlendi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar, glifosat\u0131n y\u00fcksek konsantrasyonlarda sperm hareketlili\u011fini azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtiyor. DNA \u00fczerinde do\u011frudan bir hasara yol a\u00e7masa da sperm hareketlili\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmesi, glifosat\u0131n erkek \u00fcreme sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerindeki etkilerinin karma\u015f\u0131k oldu\u011funu ve <strong>yaln\u0131zca sperm hareketlili\u011fini etkilemekle kalmayabilece\u011fini <\/strong>d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc&#8217;ne (WHO) ba\u011fl\u0131 olan Uluslararas\u0131 Kanser Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Ajans\u0131 (IARC), 2015 y\u0131l\u0131nda glifosat\u0131 <strong>\u201cmuhtemelen kanserojen\u201d<\/strong> (Grup 2A) olarak <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelancet.com\/journals\/lanonc\/article\/PIIS1470-2045(15)70134-8\/abstract\">s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131rd\u0131<\/a>. IARC\u2019nin Grup 2A kategorisi, bilimsel verilerin kanser riski olu\u015fturabilece\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi ancak insanlarda kanser yap\u0131c\u0131 etkisi konusunda s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kan\u0131t oldu\u011fu durumlar\u0131 kaps\u0131yor. IARC, glifosat\u0131n baz\u0131 hayvan deneylerinde ve laboratuvar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda DNA hasar\u0131na neden oldu\u011funu belirtmi\u015f. \u0130nsanlarda yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131, ancak baz\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarda \u00f6zellikle<strong> tar\u0131m i\u015f\u00e7ileri aras\u0131nda kan kanseri<\/strong> t\u00fcr\u00fc olan <em>Non-Hodgkin lenfoma<\/em> vakalar\u0131yla ili\u015fkilendirilebilece\u011fine dair bulgular <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC6706269\/\">bulunuyor.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glifosat kullan\u0131m\u0131, \u00e7evreye ve insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na olan potansiyel etkileri nedeniyle baz\u0131 Avrupa \u00fclkelerinde k\u0131s\u0131tland\u0131. Avusturya glifosat kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yasaklayan ilk \u00fclke olurken, Almanya\u2019da 2024 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla glifosat kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n tamamen yasaklanaca\u011f\u0131na dair planlama yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ifade edildi. Fransa\u2019da bah\u00e7ecilikte kullan\u0131m\u0131 yasaklan\u0131rken, tar\u0131mda kullan\u0131m\u0131nda kademeli azaltmaya gidiliyor. Bel\u00e7ika\u2019da da baz\u0131 yerel y\u00f6netimlerde glifosat kullan\u0131m\u0131na dair yasaklar ve k\u0131s\u0131tlar s\u00f6z konusu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise glifosat kullan\u0131m\u0131 ile ilgili herhangi bir s\u0131n\u0131rlama veya yasak s\u00f6z konusu de\u011fil!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu\u011fday Derne\u011fi\u2019nin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck etti\u011fi ve Zehirsiz Sofralar Platformu \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren Pestisit Eylem A\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.change.org\/p\/t%C3%BCm-canl%C4%B1lar-i%C3%A7in-zehirsiz-sofralar-tar%C4%B1m-zehirleri-yasaklans%C4%B1n-zehirsizsofralar-tctarim-vahitkirisci\">Zehirsiz Kampanya<\/a>\u2019ya bug\u00fcne kadar 190 bini a\u015fk\u0131n ki\u015fi imza deste\u011fi verdi. Aralar\u0131nda glifosat\u0131n da bulundu\u011fu canl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa zarar veren pestisitlerin yasaklanmas\u0131 ve do\u011fa dostu y\u00f6ntemlerle bunlar\u0131 kullanan \u00fcreticilerin desteklenmesi i\u00e7in ba\u015flat\u0131lan kampanya sayesinde pestisitlerin zararlar\u0131 konusunda kamuoyunun fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 artt\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tar\u0131m ve Orman Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 AB ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrecinde 200\u2019\u00fcn \u00fczerinde, kampanya d\u00f6neminde ise 27 pestisit aktif maddesinin kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yasaklad\u0131. Ancak kampanya talepleri aras\u0131nda yer alan D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u201cson derece tehlikeli\u201d, \u201cy\u00fcksek seviyede tehlikeli\u201d ve glifosat\u0131n da i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu \u201cmuhtemel kanserojen\u201d olarak belirledi\u011fi 13 aktif maddeden<strong> 9\u2019u h\u00e2l\u00e2 yasaklanmad\u0131.<\/strong>Zehirsiz Sofralar Platformu koordinat\u00f6rlerinden Alper Can K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, \u00e7ok say\u0131da meyve ve sebzenin ile sofram\u0131za gelen, \u00f6zellikle bebeklerin ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n hormon sistemi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere geli\u015fimlerine zarar veren pestisitlerin ivedilikle yasaklanmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan kurumlar\u0131n, gerek g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz toplumlar\u0131n\u0131n gerekse gelecek ku\u015faklar\u0131n ve do\u011fal varl\u0131klar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile esenli\u011fini korumak \u00fczere, sorumlu ve \u00f6nlemini ba\u015ftan alan bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla y\u00f6netilmesi gerekti\u011fini belirten K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7&nbsp; \u201c<strong>Ba\u015fka t\u00fcrl\u00fc tar\u0131m m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/strong> Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir gelecek i\u00e7in do\u011fru politikalar ve stratejiler izlenerek \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 10 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te <strong>pestisitlere dayanan konvansiyonel tar\u0131m sistemi, yerini agroekolojik, organik ve onar\u0131c\u0131 tar\u0131ma b\u0131rakmal\u0131d\u0131r<\/strong>,\u2019\u2019 diyor.
