Art\u0131k hayvanlar ne eskisi gibi beslenebiliyor ne de reklamlarda izledi\u011fimiz gibi yemye\u015fil meralarda otlayan mutlu ineklere rastlayabiliyoruz. \u0130nekler, tavuklar ve hatta ke\u00e7iler \u00e7o\u011fu zaman g\u00fcne\u015f g\u00f6rmeyen bar\u0131naklarda GDO\u2019lu yemlerle besleniyor. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde geni\u015f tar\u0131m arazileri, yem bitkileri \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in ayr\u0131l\u0131yor, geneti\u011fi de\u011fi\u015ftirilmi\u015f m\u0131s\u0131r ve soya ithalat\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015f\u0131yor, yem bitkileri \u00fcretiminde pestisitler y\u00fcksek miktarda uygulan\u0131yor ve d\u00fcnyada \u00fcretilen ila\u00e7lar\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta kullan\u0131l\u0131yor; hayvan refah\u0131 g\u00fcn ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e azal\u0131yor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya genelinde 18. y\u00fczy\u0131ldan 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortalar\u0131na kadar bitki ve hayvan \u00fcretimi i\u00e7 i\u00e7eydi. Bitki art\u0131klar\u0131, otlar hayvanlar taraf\u0131ndan besin olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131yordu. Ortak kullan\u0131ma a\u00e7\u0131k meralar ve yaylac\u0131l\u0131k hayvan beslenmesinde \u00f6nemli bir yer tutuyordu. Hayvan g\u00fcbreleri de bitkilere veriliyordu. Beslenme amac\u0131yla yeti\u015ftirilen hayvanlar yak\u0131ndaki mezbahalarda kesiliyor ve t\u00fcketimi ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lge i\u00e7inde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyordu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak 20. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n ortalar\u0131ndan itibaren hayvansal \u00fcr\u00fcnleri i\u015fleyen b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketlerin de etkileriyle hayvansal \u00fcretim, bitkisel \u00fcretimden kopmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Konvansiyonel hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k, daha fazla hayvan ve daha fazla girdi ile en y\u00fcksek verimi ama\u00e7layan, hayvanlar\u0131n refah\u0131n\u0131 ikinci plana atan end\u00fcstriyel bir sekt\u00f6r haline geldi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konvansiyonel yeti\u015ftiricilikle birlikte geldi\u011fimiz noktada, toprakla s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya ili\u015fkisi olan hayvanlar\u0131n bitkisel \u00fcretimle ba\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kesilmesinin bedelini do\u011fa ve \u00fczerinde ya\u015fayan canl\u0131lar \u00f6d\u00fcyor. Biriken hayvan g\u00fcbreleri \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fine, atmosferdeki sera gaz\u0131 miktar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131na neden oluyor. Hayvanlar\u0131n s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131k bir \u015fekilde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, yeterli hareket alan\u0131n\u0131n olmamas\u0131 hayvanlarda \u00f6nemli bir stres olu\u015fturuyor ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini zay\u0131flat\u0131yor. Hayvan beslemede antibiyotik, yem katk\u0131 maddeleri kullan\u0131m\u0131 hayvansal \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde kal\u0131nt\u0131 b\u0131rakma ihtimali do\u011furdu\u011fu i\u00e7in \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 problemi yarat\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Peki Organik Hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k Masum mu?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Konvansiyonel hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k y\u00fcksek miktarda \u00fcretim ve ekonomik \u00fcr\u00fcne odakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7evrenin korunmas\u0131, insan ve hayvan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ikinci planda kal\u0131yor. Fakat organik hayvanc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n bundan farkl\u0131 oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Organik hayvan yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi hayvan refah\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemseyen, hayvanlar\u0131n do\u011fal davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 sergileyebilmelerine olanak ko\u015fan, GDO\u2019lu girdi kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin vermeyen, verimi artt\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla hormon ve antibiyotik vb. katk\u0131lar\u0131 kullanmayan kontroll\u00fc ve sertifikal\u0131 \u00fcretim \u015fekli.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bar\u0131nma problemi hayvanlar i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli refah sorununun ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor. Reklamlarda izledi\u011fimiz geni\u015f otlaklarda gezip dola\u015fan mutlu inekler yok denecek kadar az.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ancak organik tar\u0131mda hayvan bar\u0131naklar\u0131, hayvanlar\u0131n biyolojik ve \u0131rk ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak \u015fekilde ve t\u00fcm do\u011fal hareketlerini rahat\u00e7a yapabilmelerine olanak sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Organik tar\u0131m\u0131n esaslar\u0131 ve uygulanmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin ekinde hayvanlar\u0131n bar\u0131nmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin kurallar net olarak belirtiliyor (Tablo 1).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kanatl\u0131larda ise kesinlikle kafeste yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fe izin yok. Ayn\u0131 y\u00f6netmelikte kanatl\u0131 yeti\u015ftiricili\u011fi i\u00e7in de bar\u0131nma kurallar\u0131 belirtiliyor (Tablo 2). Kanatl\u0131lar, iklim ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n elverdi\u011fi durumlarda a\u00e7\u0131k hava bar\u0131naklar\u0131na ula\u015f\u0131yorlar ve bu durum ya\u015famlar\u0131n\u0131n asgari 1\/3\u2019\u00fcnde uygulan\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca toplam \u0131\u015f\u0131kland\u0131rma s\u00fcresi g\u00fcnde <strong>16 saati <\/strong>ge\u00e7miyor. Suni \u0131\u015f\u0131kland\u0131rma olmadan asgari <strong>8 saat<\/strong> dinlenme s\u00fcresi uygulan\u0131yor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hayvan besicili\u011finde maliyetin y\u00fczde 60-70&#8217;ini yem olu\u015fturdu\u011fu i\u00e7in beslenme b\u00fcy\u00fck sorunlardan biri olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Organik ve konvansiyonel hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k farklar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda beslenme geliyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc organikte GDO\u2019lu yem kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin yokken konvansiyonel hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta yem i\u00e7in gerekli hammadde, GDO\u2019lu m\u0131s\u0131r ve soya ithali yoluyla temin ediliyor. Tah\u0131lla besleme hayvanlar\u0131n beslenme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 ve hayvanlarda bazen cerrahi m\u00fcdahale gerektiren \u00e7e\u015fitli sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. Bu sorunlar da beraberinde \u00e7e\u015fitli veteriner m\u00fcdahalelerini getiriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organik hayvan yeti\u015ftiricili\u011finde, hayvan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda koruyucu hekimlik esas. Hayvanlar\u0131n do\u011fal ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 d\u00fczenli egzersiz i\u00e7in alanlar\u0131n veya otlaklar\u0131n bulunmas\u0131, kaliteli yem kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 hayvanlar\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nl\u00fcyor. Bar\u0131naklarda ise sa\u011fl\u0131k problemlerini en aza indirmek ad\u0131na uygun yerle\u015fim s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Ancak t\u00fcm \u00f6nleyici tedbirlere ra\u011fmen bir hayvan\u0131n hastalanmas\u0131 veya yaralanmas\u0131 durumunda, uygun bir bar\u0131nakta izole edilerek, hayvan derhal tedavi ediliyor. Organik tar\u0131mda homeopatik ve fitoterap\u00f6tik tedavi y\u00f6ntemleri uygulansa da gerekli durumlarda hayvan\u0131n ac\u0131 \u00e7ekmemesi i\u00e7in tedavi amac\u0131 ile kimyasal bile\u015fimli ila\u00e7lar veya antibiyotikler <strong>yetkilendirilmi\u015f kurulu\u015fun izni ile kontroll\u00fc olarak<\/strong> kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Hastal\u0131k \u00f6nleyici olarak kimyasal olarak sentezlenmi\u015f veteriner t\u0131bbi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri veya antibiyotiklerin kullan\u0131m\u0131na izin yok. Veteriner t\u0131bbi \u00fcr\u00fcnleri kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; konulan te\u015fhis, m\u00fcdahale y\u00f6ntemi, ilac\u0131n dozu, ilac\u0131n etken maddesi, tedavi s\u00fcresi ve ilac\u0131n kal\u0131nt\u0131 ar\u0131nma s\u00fcresi ile kullan\u0131lan \u00fcr\u00fcn kaydediliyor. Bir hayvana normal ko\u015fullarda verilen veteriner t\u0131bbi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinin son uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarih ile bu hayvanlardan organik \u00fcr\u00fcn elde edilme tarihi aras\u0131ndaki s\u00fcre, organik yeti\u015ftiricilikte, konvansiyonel yeti\u015ftiricilikteki uygulaman\u0131n iki kat\u0131 veya kal\u0131nt\u0131 ar\u0131nma s\u00fcresi belirtilmemi\u015f hallerde ise 48 saat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalde tedavi ama\u00e7l\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken antibiyotik ve hormonlar konvansiyonel hayvanc\u0131l\u0131kta yem katk\u0131s\u0131 olarak rutin bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131l\u0131yor ve bu y\u00fczden d\u00fcnyada antibiyotik direnci halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 problemlerinin ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor. Antibiyotik kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n bilin\u00e7sizce yap\u0131lmas\u0131, suya veya yeme ilave edilerek kontrols\u00fcz bir \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmalar\u0131, tedavi ve koruyucu ama\u00e7larla antibiyotik verilmesini takiben yasal bekleme s\u00fcrelerine uyulmadan hayvanlar\u0131n kesime al\u0131nmas\u0131 gibi uygulama hatalar\u0131 hayvansal kaynakl\u0131 g\u0131dalarda antibiyotik kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131na neden oluyor. Bunlar et, s\u00fct, yumurta ve bal gibi hayvansal g\u0131dalarda birikim yaparak besin zinciriyle insanlara ula\u015f\u0131yor. Bu da insanlarda antibiyotik diren\u00e7lili\u011fi ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 duyarl\u0131l\u0131k reaksiyonlar\u0131, doku hasar\u0131, gastrointestinal bozukluklar, n\u00f6rolojik hasarlar gibi risklere yol a\u00e7arak halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit ediyor.&nbsp; D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc (DS\u00d6) antibiyotik direncini k\u00fcresel sa\u011fl\u0131k, g\u0131da g\u00fcvencesi ve kalk\u0131nmaya y\u00f6nelik en b\u00fcy\u00fck tehditlerden biri olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insanlar art\u0131k ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 antibiyotiklerden fayda g\u00f6remiyor. Kulland\u0131klar\u0131 ilac\u0131n etkisi azalm\u0131\u015f oluyor ve bu durum enfeksiyon hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n tedavisinde \u00f6nemli problemlere yol a\u00e7maktad\u0131r. Milletler G\u0131da ve Tar\u0131m \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc FAO antibiyotik direncinin k\u00fcresel ba\u011flamda yakla\u015f\u0131k 700.000 ki\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne neden oldu\u011funu ve mevcut diren\u00e7 seviyesinin %40 oran\u0131nda artmas\u0131 durumunda bu say\u0131n\u0131n 9.5 milyona ula\u015fabilece\u011fini tahmin ediyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fizyolojik ihtiya\u00e7lardan en \u00f6nemlisi beslenme ve et \u00fcr\u00fcnleri de iyi bir protein kaynaklar\u0131ndan biri olsa da bu anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 sorgulamak gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc insan sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 di\u011fer canl\u0131lar\u0131n ya\u015fama hakk\u0131ndan ayr\u0131 de\u011fildir. \u00c7evreyi ve do\u011fay\u0131 tahrip eden, yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn gelece\u011fini tehlikeye atan konvansiyonel \u00fcretim sistemi savunulamaz.
