Agroekolojik uygulamalar biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131, iklim krizi ve k\u0131rsal yoksullukla m\u00fccadelede \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler \u00f6neriyor.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bu\u011fday Derne\u011fi, geleneksel agroekoloji bilgisinin derlenmesi ve agroekolojinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Akdeniz Agroekoloji Kervan\u0131 \u2013 MedCaravan projesini y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler\u2019in Haziran 2022\u2019de yay\u0131nlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 rapora g\u00f6re k\u00fcresel g\u0131da, enerji ve finans sistemleri krizi Rusya-Ukrayna sava\u015f\u0131yla derinle\u015fiyor. D\u00fcnyam\u0131z\u0131n g\u0131da, enerji ve ekonomiyi de i\u00e7ine alan ciddi bir krizin e\u015fi\u011finde oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7eken rapor, 94 \u00fclkede 1,6 milyar ki\u015finin artan g\u0131da ve petrol fiyatlar\u0131yla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kmakta g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fck \u00e7ekti\u011fini belirtiyor. Sava\u015f ve iklim de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri bu krizin sorumlusu gibi g\u00f6steriliyor olsa da as\u0131l sorumlular, \u00fcretim ve t\u00fcketim y\u00f6ntemlerimiz ile adaletsiz da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m ve eri\u015fime neden olan yanl\u0131\u015f politikalar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnyada her y\u0131l 12 milyon hektar tar\u0131m arazisi bozuluma u\u011fruyor. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde tar\u0131m arazilerinin %23\u2019\u00fc verimlili\u011fini kaybetmi\u015f durumda. Mevcut politikalar ve y\u00f6ntemler krizi \u00e7\u00f6zmek yerine derinle\u015ftiriyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00dcretim ve t\u00fcketim y\u00f6ntemlerimizi ve g\u0131da politikalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 bir an \u00f6nce d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmemiz \u015fart. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00f6nce sofram\u0131za gelen g\u0131da ile kurdu\u011fumuz ili\u015fkiye yeniden bakmam\u0131z ve g\u0131dan\u0131n parasal, sosyal, ekolojik maliyetlerini masaya yat\u0131rmam\u0131z, g\u0131daya eri\u015fimi g\u00fc\u00e7le\u015ftiren nedenlerin sadece sava\u015flar ve ekonomi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fiyle y\u00fczle\u015fmemiz gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Toprak verimlili\u011fi azal\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya Toprak Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n Durumu (SWSR) raporu ve di\u011fer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar, d\u00fcnya genelindeki t\u00fcm topraklar\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %33\u2019\u00fcn\u00fcn, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclemez y\u00f6netim uygulamalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak y\u00fcksek derecede bozuldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Topra\u011f\u0131n, karbonu, besin maddelerini, suyu saklama ve devridaim yetene\u011fi de \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azal\u0131yor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tar\u0131msal \u00fcretimde kullan\u0131lan pestisitler (tar\u0131m zehirleri) topra\u011fa ciddi zararlar veriyor, topraktaki mikroorganizmalar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcyor. BM raporlar\u0131, pestisit kullan\u0131m\u0131 bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde devam ederse topra\u011f\u0131n 60 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde tamamen yok olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydediyor. Topra\u011f\u0131n zarar g\u00f6rmesi ya da yok olmas\u0131 \u00e7e\u015fitli hastal\u0131klar\u0131n artmas\u0131na, k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya, \u00e7\u00f6lle\u015fmeye, erozyona ve sellere neden oluyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6ylesine yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde kullan\u0131lmalar\u0131na ra\u011fmen, pestisitler ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz 40 y\u0131l boyunca \u00fcr\u00fcn kay\u0131plar\u0131nda herhangi bir azalma sa\u011flamad\u0131. Sentetik azot ve fosfor i\u00e7erikli g\u00fcbreler, petrol bazl\u0131 agrokimyasallar ve fosil yak\u0131t gibi girdilere dayal\u0131 daha \u201ckaynak yo\u011fun\u201d tar\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131 her y\u0131l Zimbabwe b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir alan\u0131n bozulmas\u0131na neden oluyor ve d\u00fcnyadaki su t\u00fcketiminin neredeyse %70\u2019inden sorumlu. Tatl\u0131 su kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %70\u2019i tar\u0131mda kullan\u0131l\u0131yor.&nbsp;<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Artan n\u00fcfusun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra gelir ve t\u00fcketim d\u00fczeyinin y\u00fckselmesi ve g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine y\u00f6nelik taleplerin artmas\u0131 da su kaynaklar\u0131 \u00fczerinde ilave bask\u0131 yarat\u0131yor. Agroekoloji, toksik pestisitlere do\u011frudan maruz kalmay\u0131 engelledi\u011fi gibi hava, toprak, y\u00fczey suyu ve yeralt\u0131 suyu kalitesini iyile\u015ftirmekte faydal\u0131 oluyor. Daha az enerji-yo\u011fun olan agroekoloji, sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 azaltan ve karbon yakalayan sistemler sayesinde, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin etkilerinden korunmaya da yard\u0131mc\u0131 oluyor. Agroekoloji uygulamalar\u0131 organik uygulamalara benzer olarak do\u011fal s\u00fcre\u00e7leri taklit etmeyi deniyor, sentetik spreyler ve di\u011fer girdilerden ziyade sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 toprak biyolojisine ve \u00e7evreye g\u00fcveniyor.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rodale Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn, 30 y\u0131l boyunca ekolojik ve konvansiyonel tar\u0131m\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar\u0131, ekolojik \u00e7ift\u00e7ili\u011fin bizi \u015fimdi ve gelecekte besleme ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tl\u0131yor. Ara\u015ft\u0131rma raporu \u015fu sonu\u00e7lara dikkat \u00e7ekiyor: \u2018\u2018Ekolojik rekolte, konvansiyonel rekolte ile ba\u015fa ba\u015ft\u0131r. Ekolojik tar\u0131m, kurakl\u0131k y\u0131llar\u0131nda konvansiyonel tar\u0131mdan daha ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r. Ekolojik \u00e7ift\u00e7ilik sistemleri, topraktaki ekolojik maddeyi t\u00fcketmek yerine tazeler, bu nedenle daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir sistemdir. Ekolojik \u00e7ift\u00e7ilik, %45 daha az enerji t\u00fcketir ve daha verimlidir. Konvansiyonel sistemler %40 daha fazla sera gaz\u0131 salar. Ekolojik \u00e7ift\u00e7ilik sistemleri konvansiyonelden daha k\u00e2rl\u0131d\u0131r.\u2019\u2019<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AB taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ve k\u0131sa zaman \u00f6nce tamamlanan d\u00f6rt y\u0131ll\u0131k bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma, ekolojik meyve ve sebzelerin en az %40 daha fazla antioksidan ve daha y\u00fcksek seviyede demir, \u00e7inko gibi faydal\u0131 mineraller i\u00e7erdi\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. Bu sonucun kayna\u011f\u0131nda do\u011fal d\u00f6ng\u00fclere sayg\u0131 var: Ekolojik \u00fcretimde yeti\u015ftirilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler daha az \u201czorlan\u0131yor\u201d, yani b\u00fcy\u00fcmeleri genellikle daha yava\u015f oluyor, b\u00f6ylece organizmalar bile\u015fimlerini sentezlemeye zaman bulabiliyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K\u00fcresel iklim krizi nedeniyle, Akdeniz havzas\u0131nda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir uygulamalara ve topluluklara ge\u00e7i\u015fin \u00f6nemi giderek daha belirgin hale geliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bugday.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/web-genel-scaled-1024x768-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-285533\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bugday.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/web-genel-scaled-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.bugday.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/web-genel-scaled-1024x768-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.bugday.org\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/web-genel-scaled-1024x768-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Akdeniz Agroekoloji Kervan\u0131 \u2013 MedCaravan Projesi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Geleneksel agroekoloji bilgisinin derlenmesi ve agroekolojinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla Bu\u011fday Derne\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen \u201cAkdeniz Agroekoloji Kervan\u0131 \u2013 MedCaravan\u201d projesi 2020\u2019de ba\u015flad\u0131 ve 2023 sonuna kadar devam edecek. Avrupa Birli\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan Erasmus+ Program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda desteklenen MedCaravan projesi, yerelde ve k\u0131rsaldaki agroekoloji bilgi ve uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131 toplayarak, derlenen bilgi ve deneyimleri, e\u011fitim materyalleri ve \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i bir platformla daha yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imde payla\u015fmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proje ortaklar\u0131, proje \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde&nbsp; ortak bir agroekoloji tan\u0131m\u0131 geli\u015ftirdiler ve projenin ortak vizyonu ile ilkelerini belirlediler. Proje kapsam\u0131nda k\u0131rsaldan agroekoloji bilgisinin derlenmesi i\u00e7in bir metodoloji geli\u015ftirildi. Derleme metodolojisi Mart 2022\u2019de t\u00fcm proje ortaklar\u0131na aktar\u0131ld\u0131 ve bilgi toplama faaliyetlerinin geli\u015ftirilmesi amac\u0131yla her \u00fclkeden derleyicilerin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla bir e\u011fitim yap\u0131ld\u0131. Ard\u0131ndan May\u0131s 2022\u2019de, her ortak \u00fclkede bilgi derleme etkinli\u011fi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki etkinlik \u0130zmir\u2019deki g\u0131da topluluklar\u0131 ile yap\u0131ld\u0131. Eyl\u00fcl 2022\u2019de \u0130zmir Karaburun\u2019da \u201cAgroekolojiye Giri\u015f Kamp\u0131\u201d ve Ekim 2022\u2019de \u0130talya\u2019da agroekoloji konusunda e\u011fitmen e\u011fitimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcnlerde proje ekibi agroekoloji bilgisi derleme metodolojisi ile agroekoloji e\u011fitim materyallerini yay\u0131na haz\u0131rl\u0131yor. T\u00fcm materyaller hem T\u00fcrk\u00e7e olarak hem de &#8220;Agroekoloji i\u00e7in Yerel Dayan\u0131\u015fma Ortakl\u0131klar\u0131&#8221; a\u011f\u0131 Urgenci&#8217;nin bu proje i\u00e7in tasarlanan \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i platformu Uzaktan E\u011fitim Merkezi\u2019nde (<a href=\"https:\/\/hub.urgenci.net\/\">hub.urgenci.net\/<\/a>) yay\u0131mlanacak.
